We shall endeavour to dispatch all orders within ten working days, although as many items are handmade to order, it may be longer. Once an order has been sent, we will immediately send you an email advising you of the reference number, and you can trace its progress by clicking this link to Royal Mail Track and Trace. Please note that we do not take payment for the goods until the date of despatch

We recommend that all items sent to UK destinations are sent by Special Delivery for next day delivery. This method of shipment includes insurance cover, and will need to be signed for.
Whilst we do offer postage within the UK by Recorded Signed For delivery, this carries no insurance once goods have been posted. We do not recommend this method of shipping, and accept no liability whatsoever for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items sent to destinations outside the UK will be sent by International Signed For. Delivery will usually be within three to five working days. This method of shipment includes insurance cover
Returns
Non-faulty items: For non-bespoke items under distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of order until 7 working days after delivery. Please return the item(s) to us in the condition you received them. Once they have been received and checked a refund will be issued (excluding postage costs). If the item is in bad condition and cannot be sold on then we cannot refund you. For bespoke items, those ordered cancelled up to the order being sent will be issued a 50% refund, once the item(s) has been sent we cannot refund you.
Faulty items: For both non-bespoke and bespoke items, you have 28 days from receipt of the item(s) to inform us of the fault. Once we have received the items and agreed that the fault is due to the manufacture of the item a refund will be issued (excluding postage costs).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
